* To liaise with Consultant on pre and post project matter
* To prepare cost control or cost comparison from time to time.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Degree in QS or equivalent.
* At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Previous exposure to condominium / apartments projects a prerequisite. Ability handle multiple projects and engage tasks. IT literate.
* Able to work independently.
* Good communication skills, matured personality, positive attitude and committed.
