2. Object-oriented programming & frameworks, Relational database concept, technologies & tools, including SQL.
3. Web technologies & standards based development, including XHTML, CSS, AJAX, DOM. Open source technologies & tools, including LAMP/WAMP.
4. Online business transaction processing.
5. Hardworking, self-disciplined, initiative, flexible, motivated to succeed. Team player, with willingness to follow & capacity to lead.
6. Quality conscious & forward thinking. Self learner with modesty to learn from others, & capacity to share knowledge & experience.
7. Ability to acquire new knowledge, learn new skills, & use new tools. Willingness to adapt to different styles, conventions & environments.
