Logistic Executive
(Sabah - Kota Kinabalu)

Responsibilities:


* Responsible for all inbound and outbound operations which include managing forwarding agents, shipping lines, haulage, trucking and customs clearance.

* Work closely with forwarding agent to ensure export orders to be shipped on time.

* Work closely with Planning, Sales and Marketing department as well as Export warehouse to ensure orders to be produced and promotion materials to be shipped as per scheduled.

* Manage day to day logistic operations.

Requirements:


* Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Warehouse Management or business related fields from a recognized higher learning institution

* Minimum 3 years’ working experience in logistics documents, export procedures, dealing with freight forwarders and customs agents as well as warehouse management

* Excellent communication skills and able to interact with all levels of people

* Good knowledge of MS Office applications i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and 4S400/Movex and/or SAP
