Property Rental Manager
(Sabah - Based in Kota Kinabalu)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to source for potential tenants, potential units available for rent, rental collection and the maintenance of rental units and/or units under the care of the the rental department.
• Responsible to manage all rental issues.
• To ensure that the property rental targets are achieves.
• Prepare and monitor budget for rental.
• Plan,Organize and Lead the department to achieve BOD's mission and vision.
• Ensures that all activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner sets targets for the team members and provide the necessary coaching to further optimize performance.
• Responsible for ensuring that all standards established are adhered to.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Real Estate / Property Leasing / Building Management or its equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in property / building / apartment sales or rental.
• Good PR and rental management skill, capable of dealing with prospects and owners.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, positive, proactive and able to prioritize task.
• Able to supervise the team of property rental staff. Exposure to rental management an prerequisite.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
