Manager, Client Services
(Johor, Kedah, Kelantan, Kuala Lumpur, Labuan, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Penang, Perak, Perlis, Sabah, Sarawak, Selangor, Terengganu)

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for building and maintaining good relations with existing clients by handling all clients’ complaints and provide proactive service delivery. You will also have to provide administrative support for Private Client Manager, handling account opening, credit facilities proposal and administration and assisting team head on compliance issues.

Requirements:

• A recognised Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent
  
• A minimum of five years' working experience in the stockbroking, unit trust or banking industry
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently
  
• Good computer skills and meticulous with details
  
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
